Rental Information

  • A $500 refundable security deposit is required for every event.
  • To secure your date, a deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required. Final payment is due two weeks before your event.
  • You may bring your own food and beverages—no restrictions or additional fees.
  • No rentals are allowed past midnight.

What is rental length and what is included in the rental cost?
Standard rental length is 7 hrs per event.

Additional hours can be purchased at any time. Access to the venue ends in 7 hours, which includes all breakdown and clean up should be finished by then.

Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes! We offer standard tables and chairs included with your rental.

Upgraded furniture and décor options can be arranged upon request.

What’s included in the rental?

Rental includes access to the main event hall, use of tables and chairs, 20' x 8' stage, 2 speakers, private dressing room, restrooms, and parking. Additional add-ons are available depending on your package.

Do you offer decor / decorating services?

Yes! Our sister company, Celebrate You Events and Decor, offers full-service event design and décor.

You can book decor packages separately or combine them with your venue rental to avail preferred vendor discount pricing.
