Where is Celebrations Event Center located?
11840 Hero Way W, Suite #204, Leander, TX 78641

We are conveniently located on Hero way in Leander close to 183 A,  with easy access for guests coming from surrounding areas.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Total capacity is 233

Our venue offers 4,000 square feet of flexible event space and can comfortably host up to 200 seated guests.

What types of events can I host here?
We welcome all types of celebrations

Including weddings, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, community gatherings, and more.

What is rental length and what is included in the rental cost?
Standard rental length is 7 hrs per event.

Additional hours can be purchased with prior approval. Access to the venue ends in 7 hours, which includes all breakdown and clean up should be finished by then.

Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes! We offer standard tables and chairs included with your rental.

Upgraded furniture and décor options can be arranged upon request.

What’s included in the rental?

Rental includes access to the main event hall, use of tables and chairs, 20' x 8' stage, 2 speakers, private dressing room, restrooms, and parking. Additional add-ons are available depending on your package.

Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is allowed only when served by a licensed bartender.

For every event where alcohol is served, the presence of security personnel is mandatory. 

Can we have a bar and bartender at the event?
We do provide portable bar for your event.

We can provide bartending services by TABC certified bartender at additional cost. The bartender will be responsible to clearing out any leftover alcohol and trash after the event.

Do you offer decorating services?

Yes! Our sister company, Celebrate You Events and Decor, offers full-service event design and décor.

You can book décor packages separately or combine them with your venue rental to avail preferred vendor discount pricing.

Am I allowed to bring in my own decorations?
Yes, our decoration guidelines are specified in our contract.

We collaborate with numerous event decorators and appreciate the diverse creativity they bring to our venue!

Is there a dressing room available?
Yes, we provide a private dressing room on-site for premium package rentals.

It comes equipped with vanity stations and additional amenities allowing you the convenience and comfort of getting ready on-site.

Who is responsible for cleaning after my event?

Event clean up is included for premium clients.

Can I bring in my own vendors?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in your own caterer, DJ, photographer, and other vendors.

We also have a list of trusted local vendors if you need recommendations.

Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food vendor. You are also welcome to bring your own dishes.

They can make use of our on-site prep kitchen, which is equipped with a preparation area, freezer for storing the ice and a refrigerator to save the cake for the event. All items need to be cleared out from the freezer and refrigerator after the event by you.

Why are vendor COI's required?
We request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from your vendors for two important reasons.

Firstly, in the event that a vendor inadvertently causes damage to our property, we would initiate a claim on their insurance policy, ensuring that you are not held responsible for any associated costs.

Secondly, this practice is in place to safeguard both the venue and all parties involved by mitigating any additional liability.

Is there any other fee than rental?
No. Only additional Add-on services opted will incur an additional Fee.
Is there a security deposit?
We require $500 security deposit.

Barring any property damages and/or breaches in your rental agreement, that will be refunded to you following your event.

How do I reserve the venue?
To reserve your date, please fill out our inquiry form or contact us directly.

A signed contract, security deposit and 50% rental are required to secure your booking. The balance of the cost is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event.
